Refund Policy
A legal disclaimer
1. Appointments and Payments
Payment for one-off assessments and services is required in advance of the scheduled appointment.
Your booking is confirmed once full payment has been received.
2. Cancellation by Client
We understand that unexpected changes can happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment:
More than 48 hours’ notice:
You may reschedule your appointment at no extra cost or request a full refund.
24 to 48 hours’ notice:
You may reschedule your appointment, or a 50% refund will be provided if you cancel.
Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show:
No refund will be provided, and rescheduling will require a new booking and payment.
4. Partial Refunds
If a client chooses to end the service during a block of booked sessions, any unused sessions may be refunded at the discretion of the therapist, minus any administrative or preparation costs incurred.
