Terms of Engagement for Occupational Therapy Services

You will receive professional services from a qualified, HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist.

All information shared is confidential, except when there is risk of harm or legal obligation.

You may withdraw consent or stop therapy at any time.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

Services are billed at £200-£250 for assessments and £95ph thereafter, this includes travel, and documentation.

Payment is due before the assessment unless otherwise agreed.
