Thank you for choosing Rehab on Wheels. As a registered Occupational Therapist, I am committed to protecting your personal information and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What information is collected?

Personal details (name, date of birth, contact info), medical history, therapy goals, and relevant clinical notes.

How is your data used?

To assess, plan, and deliver OT services tailored to your needs. Your data will only be shared with other professionals (e.g. GPs, case managers) with your consent or if required by law.

Storage and access

Your information is stored securely and only accessed by me. Records are retained for a minimum of 7 years (or until age 25 for children), per HCPC guidance.
